I didn't get a Wii I got a DS, I didn't get a Wii U I got a 3DS. They were cheaper and had a better library. I want a console I can fit in pocket and take with me on the go, not something I have to buy a case for and carry around with me everyday. Iwata was very clear that the design of the NX was intended to unify their handheld and console platforms in terms of software output. It doesn't matter if he died yesterday, they will continue doing what makes them more money. Marketing to only one of there two target audiences doesn't make any sense. Having a cheaper lower end system and a pricier higher end system let's them sell to both. Why place an unneeded limit on an already shrinking market.

My dad's, uncles janitor just got back from E3, he said the Mario Odyssey is legit. He also said he got to play Stars and it is being announced Tuesday for Switch and Ultra Sun and Moon was just a hoax to see how many people they could get to believe they would actually make the smarter decision.

I don't think they're going to have a bad E3 necessarily, but it won't be a very exciting one either. They said they would only be talking about games releasing this year, so I doubt we'll get any cool surprise announcements.
