I've been following the mod scene. none make it look like the e3 trailers.

All they do is add filters over it. They don't add the draw distance that got downgraded. They don't add the nvidia effects that got downgraded. They don't add the missing depris and particles that were removed.

I'm not going to say it wasn't gimped because it was. That being said it's still a great looking game and modded on my mid range rig with minimal mods it looks even better.

I liked how the level 1 Cat armor looked. Level 2 looked like Geralt was wearing fucking PJs. While the rest of the upgrades made it look like a mess.

Manticore, Viper, and New Moon armor are my favorite looking armors. Helps that they are also functional too.

No one is arguing you can get the exact same E3 look, but using mods and tweaking .ini settings beyond Ultra will get you a similar look with improved textures.
