That trailer literally looked like Saints Row. I saw nothing in it worth getting hyped about except the fact it's a new Crackdown and I like Crackdown.

the first one has a focused aesthetic and consistent art style and transports you into its world, the gameplay is tight, polished and relatively simple, and the progression system feels balanced and satisfying. the announcer voice is fun and the three gangs feel unique and natural in their individual environments. it's not overly wacky like this new one looks to be

Something about it just doesn't click with me, Crackdown 1 was great, i didn't really like 2, this one looks eh. I was kinda excited when they showed the building destruction and stuff, but they didn't show it this time, is it really gone? That'd be lame.

Depends. Agents of Mayhem sounds like it'll have specific characters with specific abilities.
Done right it could be truly unique play styles to get through the mission in a multitude of ways. Done badly it could at best be inconsequential gimmicks that don't affect shit past someone having a better special at worst they force you to fetch specific characters to accomplish certain goals or they force you into shit playstyles in different portions of the game. For instance they're not really different interchangeable characters but rather one guy is just for a rail shooter section, another is the fps section, a third the melee section.

Crackdown will probably just be like Crackdown where you really just have one Agent, the different looks are cosmetic, and you eventually just end up leveling your guy to do anything.
