It's about the fall of the greatest hero of all time who everyone in the world had faith in and people realizing how much they were relying on him. Shit hits the fan and everything goes to hell once he is no longer in commission and the struggle find a new one. There is a large amount of politics that is constantly happening in the show that keep in interesting.

tintins power really isn't that strong though. Todo could beat his ass with ease. If tintin makes his entire body invuln he will fall into the earth so he feat will always be a weak point and even if he goes through he earth you can reasonably predict where he is moving as he has no actual control of his movement he relies solely on moment and earths gravity to move him.

On the other hand sasuke power is limited by what he eats and futher more the strength of them is based on how much of them he eats. The bull foot just gives him an above average punch but nowhere close to super strength and octopus just gives him a decent grapple but could easily be destroyed as it isn't very tough.
