Last we heard, it's being totally re-worked last we heard. That was some time ago though, wouldn't surprise me if it is cancelled or they're using some of it for a new IP/Dragon's Dogma sequel.

That's out of date, I think. It was announced as F2P title from the start as well. Wouldn't surprise me if that's part of the reason it never came out, environment soured for F2P pretty quickly after they announced it.

I didn't realize this, but has Capcom even released anything? The engine was pretty crucial to the stuff they were talking about with Deep Down, google searched revealed it was called Fanta Rhei. I don't remember hearing anything about games made with it though.
