We will never get HL3, not because Valve doesn't want to do it, or is doing it but slow, Valve doesn't make game anymore, so the chances of Portal, l4d, team fortress and half life is gone.

Sorry care to elaborate? Do you mean they will just build upon Siltbreaker because once the events over it's gone.
Sure people can create new ones in the workshop but it wouldn't be the same as Valve making it.
