Yeah if you watch their streams on Mixer with Microsoft account connected. Since they had issues earlier they are extending it to their e3 daily shows. Some of these games will download to 360 (the ones without rare replay banner). You have to watch on the site, mobile app or xbox one.

Notification on my Xbox One informed me. The games should show up in your ready to install section. If not then you may be in a queue or it failed to log in during the stream.

I watched on the Console, just downloaded Mixer on my phone and logged in with my MS account. I should be good right? I haven't recieved a message about rewards for watching the conference though, was there before start but left 5 minutes after it ended when it had that splash screen up for Daily mixes.

When you use Mixer on console you need to be logged in and that account needs to be connected to Microsoft account (check the account settings on mixer.com). Should show in top right corner of the app your username. However, sometimes it wouldn't log in so they're extending it to their other e3 shows.

It may take up to a week for games and dlc to show up. You'll see a notification of content awarded if you are on the console.

Unless you already bought it digitally or have a credit card tied to your account, you need a 360 to purchase games if you're using only gift cards, too.

The games are not being recognized as bought on Xbox 360 so I assume anything in the Rare Replay bundle doesn't carry over. Normally when you buy Xbox 360 games separately on Xbox One, the next time you turn the Xbox 360 they download and are in the download history section.
