WRPGs are pretty much just for neckbeards who want to play DnD but they have no friends to do it with.

BG1 did some things better, such as the main villain. Irenicus was so fucking lame. They show him off as being this badass, but really he is just a whiny kid that never should have gotten as far as he did. A few Amnish legionnaires could kick his ass, yet the game expects me to believe that he can take over Spellhold. Why does anyone even support him? Unlike Sarevok, Irenicus has no charisma and the dumbest plan imaginable. He wants to become a bhaalspawn, so he kidnaps the strongest bhaalspawns around? What a fucking retard.
