There is literally a part of Return of the King novel where Sam overhears two orcs talking about just leaving Mordor and all the shit that comes along with it and just setting off on their own, living free without a care, with a small band of orc bros.
This shit is not really out of bounds at all, I'm sure there will be some real sadistic, no fun allowed orcs too in there.

I really hope you can do more fun stuff in the end with your troops. In the first game you could control literally every single warchief on the map but never do anything fun with them.

My biggest worry about the gameplay is the combat.

Will there be any fluidity that'll make the experience somewhat immersive, or every 5 seconds you'll have some stupid qte or slow-mo?

I dont understand how there could be player input into something like this, or even if there is how it would work out.
I kill a ton of orcs presumably, and then one comes back, says I tried to kill him a certain way and failed and he's back for revenge, how the fuck am I going to remember some random throwaway fight with some orcs to confirm their monologues backstory? Are enemies escaping the fight a common thing in the game.
