Yes. It is an interesting experiment from Nintendo that actually turned out pretty well.

Its awful.

People pan it hard for the maps, which are way too simple and open, but the gameplay is actually pretty good. I personally enjoyed it more than Fates (conquest was the only one i could even get myself to finish, for obvious reasons) but some people on this board fell the opposite. Just download the cia to see if you'll like it, and I don't see why you wouldn't, it's a fun game that adds to the lore of the series for all of the people who haven't forced themselves through og gaiden, i.e. most people.

Worse than Awakening and Fates, the worst FE since Shadow Dragon. Literally not once in my 30-ish hours did I play a single map that felt remotely close to fun, much less replayable. Hell the first entire HALF of the game is giant green squares with trees peppered everywhere, maybe a tedious castle with only entry point to sloooowly rout all enemies in.

Not really hard tho and maps are almost non-existant. Far from being one of the best FEs, but also far from being one of the worst.
