In the story it's hard to tell. This is a random guess but I think Kagetshuchi is about as tough as Yaldaboath. And after you beat him he unleashes a big attack that knocks the party down. I think that would be comparable to Kagetsuchi's ultimate light attack.

Probably about equivalent to the power Dagda gives to Nanashi, given that both are about the same level of demon-hood. Like P4, they're investigating supernatural murders. That sounds like a really fucking cool backdrop, but you do almost no real detective work so it kinda feels squandered. Especially when Raidou games manage to have more detective work involving demons.
