I never really gotten the hype around the series. Played the first two games, they were pretty meh. Though I did like the whole "Disney/Anime" mix. I'm always kind of amazed how big a fanbase this series has generated over the years. I just think the series is fun, even the handheld games to a certain extend, just more braindead in terms of gameplay. Growing up with some old Disney movies probably helps and while the story was rather simple in the first game at this point i love it even more with how over the top stupid it has become.
