since CEMU is heavily CPU based,
my gpu (gtx 970) is basically free so adding gamestream on top of it takes no effort

it runs the same as on pc, input lag is close to zero on good wifi, but sometimes you get a lil bit of audio delay

And even then, BW was released worldwide at the same time so they are capable of simultaneous releases.
