Ryzen delivers better performance than Intel CPUs for significantly lower price and is better architectural standpoint.
And while I'm not that clear on Vega, because I missed that particular exhibition, /g/ is hyped as fuck over it.
AMD is winning right now. I can guarantee you that 90% of portable devices will use Ryzen, because of its low heat waste and high performance at low wattage.

The RX 470/570 would be great at that price if it was at it's MSRP, but because of miners its not worth it at the jacked up price. The best you can get today for $150 is a 1050 ti.
