I done that one by bringing my own tank with me. If you are quick enough you can blow the skulls up easily and quickly. Also if you have the battle dress unlocked wear that. Finally bring a sniper rifle (preferably a powerful one like the Brennan)

I've got a "skull buster" load out with grenade launcher, rocket and the Brennan sniper. Usually make short work of them. But like I said brining a tank or an APC with helps immensely.
