Uncompressed audio is probably the biggest culprit, but texture resolution shouldn't be underestimated - A square 2048x2048 texture is NOT the same as two 1024x1024 textures; It's the size of four 1024x1024 textures. Assuming most devs use a PBR pipeline they will at least have an Albedo, Gloss and Normal map. Let's say these are for your main character and as such you want them to look good as shit in a cutscene or trailer or whatever so you render each of these three maps as their own seperate 4096x4096 texture.
