I love and hate that game at the same time. Its fun and genuinely addicting, but the pacing and the shitty overworld make it such a slog to play sometimes. Boss fights are either way too damn easy or a chaotic mess. I'm still looking forward to Apocalypse though but I'll have to get myself to finish this one first.

I imagine if this was some other studios crack at the Souls-formula it would get much more credit, but as part of the series it got a lot of shit. Understandibly so, but I can't help but feel that the degree of it was a little undeserved and too cynical.
