I don't understand the need to see FPS all the time. I turn on the counter to tweak settings and play a little gameplay to see if it's consistent. and then that shit is turned right off.

Call of Duty Infinite Warfare.
The campaign is arguably one of the better ones out of the entire series. Its a shame that the fanbase is full of multiplayer pissbabies and we likely won't see a continuation. The ending has enough closure to avoid what happened with Ghosts, but is still open ended to have room for a sequel, but I'm not getting my hopes up, especially with Activision being super pander-y to recoup losses.

i didn't get a 1080 GTX meme GPU so i could stare at neon pink stats, I got it so I could ignore the stats and still get silky smooth 120 fps.

It's a great game desu. I found it very entertaining, the robot buddy was charming and space battles were a breath of fresh air the series desperatly needed.

Not really, I think the main reason why it got so disliked is because Activision was being greedy and made the CoD4 remake only accessible through buying IW. So people started disliking the trailer which snowballed so fucking hard and actually impacted the sales. If they didn't include the remaster, it would probably sell better.
