This game is amazing, why did everyone shit on it?
>>379802237
It was marketed as an actual game, not a 7h long movie.
>game
>4chan hates cinematic "games"
>but praise literal notgames like visual novels
Fags
>>379802237
Because it's shit.
>>379802237
Maybe because it's dogshit as a game?
It's definitely not amazing.
It's visually great, with equally great voice acting, but everything else is ok at best. Combat is good enough, but for a linear game it feels like each section is too compartmentalised. It feels like a bunch of shooting sections and walking sections tacked together pretty jarringly.
It doesn't deserve the hate it gets though, and is worth picking up on sale imo
Basically because it's not amazing.
It's a short game with poor gunplay, limited overall gameplay, braindead AI, cheesy stealth sections, an incredibly dull story and QTEs up the ass and boss fights which would make anyone laugh. On top of that there's zero replayability.
Good graphics though

It's not even worth the $4 I payed for it.
>>379802612
oh, also GTE shite.
>>379802661
You must be extremely poor then or have extremely poor taste.
>>379802237
I forget, does it only have werewolves and humans to shoot?
>>379802531
Well usually the story carries them there. This is an embarrassing knights of the round table thing. The only good story mechanic being the Blackwater elixir which brings them back from the dead and extend their natural lifespan
I'd be totally up for a sequel. The world and characters were decent, and i'm sure they could put together something interesting if they take into account the response the first one got.

Most VNs have a lot of failure states and have to be replayed multiple times to see the entire story.
The Blunder 18860 seconds play itself half the time, and some of its QTEs auto resolve even as you don't do anything. And there is no reason to do a second playthrough, because the game is on rails.

Yep
Got it for $4. Was pretty good for that price.
>Have the Nikola Tesla, a literal genius who has earned internet fame for rumored projects that were borderline mad scientist-tier in the game
>Expect to be given some fantastic, electric device or weapon
>He gives you a scope
I think I hated this game more than any other game this decade
>fade-to-black after gunshot ending
Have you ever played a video game besides this OP? What about movies, have you ever seen one?
>>379802531
See no one calls VNs games, that's why.
>>379802237
>Expect Victorian-era magical weapons with crazy effects
>You use an assault rifle 90% of the time
>>379803434
The game did have some pretty great weapon.
