I think he's talking about the one in the Arabian levels.

In the medieval levels the original had him get sliced in half and his legs walk off while his upper body stays in the air. In the new one he gets sliced in half and his upper body slides off.

The animation with the medieval swordsman was crash's legs falling off, this time Crash's body falls off his legs.
The animation where Crash loses his shorts is in the Arabian levels with the machete guy, which we haven't seen yet.
