Get a thief in your party to detect and disarm traps or have your warrior or tank go first and soak up the hits so your squishy party members won't die, or you can drink the potions or use scrolls of free action which should stop you from being affected by webs for a short time. Honestly though my first time through it was a bitch too because I didn't have a thief so just use up your pots and antidotes if you need to or go back to beregost if you need to stock up or level up.

I wish the game just allowed you to turn the traps off completely. They contribute nothing to the game except thief tedium and occasional safeload
