shit on the eyes so noe, unless it's like 10 dollars and isn't dying and you want 4:3 more than you want your eyes
Why can't emulators make the games look like that?
They're free nigga, people will gladly thank you for removing a tube tv from their house.

Different technology.
Was this a bad time? I really don't give a fuck about E3.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but shaders just make the screen twice as dark when they add lines. I don't know how things like the framemeister look so good. They must be doing something different. Probably why they're like $500.

a flat screen will last longer than 3 months.
that 10 bux MIGHT be worth the copper you srtip off the deflection coils
Only if you want to play light gun games, IMO. Modern HDTVs have good enough latency for gaming.
I never even noticed scan lines as a kid to get nostalgic about them.

Are you seriously implying CRTs don't last long? This is either some bassmaster gulp lure tier bait, or an incredibly ignorant statement. I've seen CRTs from the 80's & 90's that still work fine.

I do love me some point blank & time crisis. House of the dead too. Why don't they work on modern TVs?

One day they're all going to burn out, so I feel like I should hoard a few before that happens.
