There are three types of actions, Buster, Quick, and Arts.
Buster deals high damage, Quick builds your crit stars which let you deal critical hits, and Arts builds the Noble Phantasm gauge (a characters super move basically). The Ilya event is the only collab in doubt. Most of Fate is owned by Aniplex so they can use it however they want, but Prisma Ilya is owned by Kadokawa so Aniplex needed to license it for FGO, we'll see if it shows up in China, if it does and no one causes a fuss about pedos than it's safe to say we get it as well.

And this is what, for me, Tsukihime was about. Yes, there were vampires and serial killers. But it was really about finding joys in today – even when it doesn’t seem like there are any… and about having faith in a tomorrow. Basically, Tohno Shiki could die ten years from that conversation with Aoko, or he might not even wake up the next day. Although we don’t “live close to death”, the same basic concept applies. There are no promises in life. So you can go through life miserable only to be potentially snuffed out tomorrow, or you can find your own happiness and hope it extends into your future.

I will never argue that Fate did not steal resources from Tsukihime but I still put the blame on Nasu's sense of Time Management. Nothing from TM ever comes out on time and with Tsukihime being a remake it is just not viewed as being as important.

As much as I would hate it, Tsukihime would benefit by having some elements show up in F/GO.
