Is there a mod to make high level weapons and armor rarer in Skyrim? Something closer to Morrowind where it's extremely hard to find high end armor and it's largely owned by the elite.

I love how every time someone bitches about Skyrim it's evident they've never played the game. Bandits don't have ebony and glass in Skyrim, even Bandit Chiefs only have armour as high in rating as Nordic Carved and Steel Plate.
