This is a genius move on their part - the DLC locked heists will be left for the veterans or newcomers actually willing to invest money and time into the game, while the hoi polloi will haunt the intro levels. Nope,as for June 2015 I had all DLCs,300 hours and all infamies unlocked cause they did like one month of EXP bonuses on which you were able to obtain one infamy level per day if not two and all achievements unlocked,then after uninstalling cause bogus patching system and me being bored to death of play guard the drill and toss those bags simulator,I just used SAM and wiped my stats clean.What happened next on that forum was
