For me, there's nothing that hooks me. Swimming around is alright and there are some really nice views but the music isn't anywhere near as good, there's not much in terms of gameplay (not that Journey was GOTY in that department). It's not bad, just not great.

The game runs like ass because of poorly optimized guest AI. It's too fucking demanding. If you pause the game, you'll notice the game jumps to 60 FPS again. It's not Denuvo, so don't get your hopes up that it will start running better.

Besides that, the game's performance is known to get gradually worse as you get more guests, regardless of the size of the part. If you cap the guest limit and have a fuckhuge park, your FPS will be fine. They need to optimize the AI.

You can completely design all of the facias for shops, coaster/ride stations, environments for coasters to pass through and such just as your basic park features. As for what you do with the assets is up to you, since they can be freely placed. There's several themed sets but you don't need to stick to those as just your inspiration.
