Seriously what the hell is up with that washed out look? It's not even a draw distance thing because you can see for miles, so it's almost like they chose a very low contrast look for the style. You can make it look slightly more colourful by increasing the saturation and contrast on your TV, but there's still no range to speak of.

The Switch's default colour mode is set to Limited. A lot of people don't even know that they can change it to FULL RANGE in the settings, which dramatically boosts the games colours.

For the tech it's running on, the game looks incredible.
