If I can emulate Gamecube easily, should I be able to emulate DS and 3DS too?

The GC and 3DS are about the same in terms of power. Also are the DS systems easy to emulate or hard?

DS can be easily emulated.
3DS is not. Citra is not optimized very well, at least for the newer 3DS games, but you can probably run some at least.
