ITT: Games you don't get the hate for.

Its the safest 3D Mario game Nintendo could've released for the failing Wii U.
Not a bad game by any means, but it didn't do anything we haven't seen before.

It's just a underwhelming 3D Mario game, when 3D Mario games come to Nintendo consoles they're generally pretty exciting to people from 64, to Sunshine (to a lesser extent), to the Galaxy games. 3D World isn't bad but it wasn't hype as hell as the previous 3D entries or Odyssey have been. Plus people prefer the older-styled 3D Mario games, 3D World doesn't play like them and lacks a lot of what people liked from those.
