This is a godsend tho.

There is no excuse to leave a game early, ever. If your connection breaks you should get better internet before playing online. If you suddenly need to leave you should have made sure you've got the time to complete a game before hitting play. If the game seems lost already and you feel you're just wasting your time, tough luck, if your teammates don't agree and vote to surrender you don't get to make the decision to end it. If the game doesn't have a vote to surrender that probably has it's reason and the game is not truly lost yet and you should stop your bitching and try your best instead of hopping into the next game hoping your gifted a victory that way. And if you intentionally ragequit because you can't take the loss / want to rile up the opponent(s), you ought to be shot.

There should be HEFTY penalties in any game for leaving, up until removing you out of the player pool for good. I think it's ridiculous how most team based multiplayer games you play, people leave left and right all the fucking time, it's like you can't finish one complete match with complete teams on both sides from start to finish fucking ONCE in any game, it's ridiculous.

I actually feel that is only very very rarely the case in games, and "snowballing" is just the go-to excuse shitters use when they notice their team won't be able to box them to the podium. No, you just sucked in the beginning, and still suck midgame only now the state of the game makes it more apparent, and when people start to quit it's not making the game much easier to win either, that's all your "snowballing" is
