Yes it's impossible to have infinite numbers from a hardware perspective.

I mean you could make a system that outlasts entropy, it's pretty simple you can easily compress every 128 bit number into a single bit when you hit that.

So lets say you have 100 128 bits where 1 bit represents the highest number 128 bits can represent:

X = Unsigned: From 0 to 340,282,366,920,938,463,463,374,607,431,768,211,455.

So you basically have: 100 * 128 * X as the highest number you can hold with this method (Which is still a small amount of memory 12,800 bits or 0.0016 Megabytes ) .

Let's assume it takes a power leveller one nanosecond to level up. With a 128 bit number it will take 10788915000000000000000 years to hit that maximum amount, then we have 100*128 of those then let's assume we hit that we just add another hundred 128 bit numbers to store another 100*128 (0.0016 Megabytes). We shouldn't run out of space before the heat death of the universe.
