I think that could have been displayed fine just by them y'know, charging, especially with all the dust particles the units kick up when doing so. I do find all the jumping incredibly ridiculous and the fact that they used a slowmo closeup of said silly jumping for promotional footage shows they're actually proud of it, which I find bizarre. I mean even there with the Saurus you can see how goofy and impractical it is with his stubby legs just hanging awkwardly in the air.
