A buddy and I have been playing some Terraria and having a blast with that.

Overcooked was some good shit. Splitscreen co-op is always my favorite, shame it's so uncommon nowadays.

Me and my bro and cousins used to play almost all fighting games for a certain period of time and after getting bored we would move to another fighting game we would have a lot of fun would get better together and stuff we were not tournament type players and never really thought fighting games could be competitive, but after i found about tourines and started going to ggpo and fightcade and started taking them a little serious, it got ruined, but still they are really fun specially kof series because of their super big roster, but the game on which i have spent most time is 3rd strike

Doom is great for Co-op I played ancient aliens with a few guys not too long ago. I prefer doing deathmatch with friends though.

I played We Were Here the other day, it was decent fun but it was mainly just satisfying to work with another player in a "meaningful" way.

HELLDIVERS has that fun mechanic too, where one person can shoot the rocket launcher and a teammate can carry the ammo pack, forcing them to stick together to stay functional.

It feels like co-op games usually lack those mechanics that make you need other players.

Lost Planet 2 is the best co-op game in existance.
