TP > MM > SS > WW > OoT My subjective opinion based on my own personal experience with the games before I started to frequent /v/ or any other video games board.
I played them all at release, OoT when i was ten years old. I replayed them in the year leading up to BotW and my ranking still stands.

You have to play Twilight Princess to understand why the game is bad. Unlike hard addictive substances, Twilight Princess has no major detrimental effects for trying it, so go nuts.

There are many 2D Zeldas better than the weaker 3D ones, but unless we regard something like linked Oracles as one game none of them have the depth of content of any 3D game. The best 3D games are just unsurpassed though.
