Honestly I don't know about you OP, but I've come to terms with Dead Space 3, at this point.

So much of it is wrong. It has a lot of good in it though, and I find myself trying to ignore everything that is so horribly wrong with it to enjoy the parts that aren't.

I think the game is pretty fun, but not for any of the reasons they were going for.

Honestly, the first game was pretty neat and it had a load of good concept:
>Necromorphs are a terrifying, and the way to beat them (cut limbs) is clever
>The plasma cutter is cool too, both what it does and that the crosshair is lasers coming from it to aim.
>The interface is "merged" with the game and characters, i.e. the information about stuff you can pick up is something the character actually sees with the armor.
>The armor also shows the health with a bar on the back

The problem was, however, that it became a simple schlachtfest pretty fast, not terrifying at all anymore.
