From 60 to 1000 players it's an increase for a dead game like Battleborn.

I can't deny it's fun, not competitive level shit level like Quake3, and the artstyle is crap but it has it's charm, it's easy to learn and you can have a good time.

I've been playing since yesterday both pvp and bot matches and it's incredible how retarded people can be, killing mercernarys, farming money and zoning parts of the map is not that hard.

Spec Ops missions are stories based on supposed Backstory of some characters
they can be played with 2 other people, the interesting thing about them, is that they change every time you play them if you get enough spec points.
Some times Including changing bosses completly
you get spec points by looking them in the maps, or doing challenges given during the mission.
Also, some of the characters get taunts and skins from completing thouse missions.

It's ugly, a lot of the characters are annoying, and the UI is shit. It still plays better than Overwatch, it seems complicated when you first start playing and the matchmaking takes forever. The characters are far less of a pain during the heat of battle simply because you're happy they're not dying.


I wouldn't buy this game or even play it, but it's not as cancerous as /v/ made it out to be and plays better than a lot of shit games /v/ dickrides.

The same happend with evolve, the same happen with this game, and I have hear Dead By deadlight and the Friday the 13 game do the same thing.

The game servers are really limited by region, people complain that they dont found anybody, and they dont know they have to change the servers of Steam download region. So they get it to a more populated zone.

So they complain they dont find people to play, when there is probably nobody playing in their region....
This will kill alot of games in the future

The problem is it had so much going against it and terrible leadership decisions really brought it to ruin. every OP has 10 different stories (since you need to play it at least 10 times to get the highest OP score, gets up by 5 every run till 50).

gets more difficult the more OP points you have (when you start with 5 it's pretty easy, when you start with 50 shit's tougher. max is 100 and you grab the other 50 during the OP)

every hero gets 2 skins per OP, story related characters get another skin/title/taunt (like attikus/deande/ambra/oscar mike for the first one).

OP gear is mostly for OPs (stuff like "more health the more OP points you have")

finishing an OP with 100 OP points gives you a faction pack (gear + possible skin/taunt).

most OPs take around 30 minutes, give or take.

This game was surprisingly fun but I wish i could play more of the campaign

It's not faster, but is capable of better compression levels, but unless you archive terabytes of data, the difference is minimal on "general purpose data".

For me WinRAR is better because both compression and decompression are simply faster and the GUI is just perfect. You have Attackers, Territorials, Tanks, and Supports.

Each battleborn has a primary weapon, quick melee attack, or a fusion of the two. (Like Oscar Mike can aim down sights but Melka's ads gets replaced with a melee combo) with unlimited ammo, two skills, and a third skill, their ultimate, being unlocked at level 5 after you've gained enough exp from killing enemy players, minions, or building shit or capturing thrall points.

Helix augments let you mod skills with each level, with each level up itself improving your characters armor and damage.

Leveling up character rank let's you unlock Mutations, a third option for some parts of the Helix instead of the normal two.
I.e. at CR level 12 Oscar Mike can choose to have airstrikes follow him instead of pointing it at a spot, (if you didn't want space lasers or airstrike missiles gaining a Slow effect like Thumper turrets.)

Combine this with his Stealth Generator and you can run around behind enemy lines invisible with missiles raining down on fools.

That's just Oscar Mike. I haven't played with the other battleborn extensively enough to provide much more.

I don't think people actually hate battleborn even. I don't think they have any sort of strong feeling towards the game itself. It just failed in a humorous and spectacular way and people hate Randy for being a dick and he's too easy to make fun of because of his twitter.

I actually feel bad for Gearbox and it's unfortunate that it's a privately owned company. Were Gearbox a publicly traded company Randy Pitchford's ass would've been gone years ago. That dude is absolute PR cyanide and destroys his own brand by merely existing.

As for Battleborn itself, the game is average at worse at its core. It just has a lot of small problems that pile up and get in the way of the core experience. A game like this should not have required character unlocks, that's the biggest issue for me.

There's something really awful about people like Randy. He's the kind of guy that pretends to be your best friend but immediately turns on you the moment he sees opportunity in it. He reminds me of a lot of people I knew in the military, opportunistic shitheads that pretended to believe in the brotherhood but turned on you the literal instant there was something to be gained, and became really apprehensive and loudly denied everything when they get called out for it.

He's just a snake. There's something I really just hate about the guy, and the way Gabe responded to his Valve story leads me to believe that it's just a feeling I have about the guy but something that people that actually know him feel as well.

He really does just seem like a complete asshole. So did Burch, whose openly admitted that industry figures hate him and his sister is more popular than him.

On some level, he is genuine, and legitimately believes the bullshit he spews, but he's too much or a fucking idiot to ever know right from wrong. If he could kill somebody and get away with it to make a game popular, he totally would.

He likes to grandstand and boast, but its all just bluster. Gearbox is from an era of social justice appeal that's dying out, instead replaced by general incompetence and mediocrity.

Oh and Battleborn is a 6.5-/10. Decent game.

He was lamenting his "false feminist" reputation in the industry, which is hilarious since he white knighted for many of those same people and they still can not be bothered to have him around.

Ashley may be a bit of a cunt, but she has a greater approachability to her and can probably not sperg out around people she doesn't like, meaning she's probably a lot more well liked amongst people who don't agree with her on literally everything. Anthony on the other hand seems like one of those scrawny fags who constantly passive aggressively "quips" about everything he sees and hears, which is incredibly insufferable for any person of any belief system.
