I thought season 2 was alright. 3 was complete dogshit with the worst fight choreography you can ever see. Also, not a single important thing happens until the end. Someone whose name literally means "I am going to fucking die" died. People are somehow surprised by that. Season 4 sets up for some potentially rad shit to go down, but focused so much on the set up that it forgot to be a good season on its own.

Volume 2 was mostly more of the same, but with a MINOR increase in animation quality.

Volume 3 had a much more significant boost to its general animation, but its fight choreography suffered quite a bit. Things get crazy and shit goes down.

Volume 4 has far better general animation but the fights, save one, were abysmal. Story is eh, being only buildup that seems terrible compared to how much shit went down in 3.
