The only thing on my list of games that didn't come to WiiU first is Bayonetta 1 and the Zelda remakes. Bayonetta 1 is just coupled up with 2 so it's not inflating the list. And the Zelda remakes I count personally because they were made from the ground up over just being ports. But you can easily discount that one entry on the list if it makes you feel better.
Ports aren't good for the same mileage a second time around and dont take anything away from the original consoles library. These games were exclusive on their release for WiiU and I enjoyed them for a long time before anybody else even thought about receiving them.

There's one line dedicated to non exclusive indies, and really only mentions that there is a lot of selection and many of them have exclusive content or controls. Not really an attempt to inflate the roster by any means.

Lots of people like making their old consoles into all in one machines with homebrew and hacking. Mentioning that the WiiU has good support for this is reasonable. It's not like I'm saying MarioKart 64 is a part of the WiiU's roster
