3.0 SMN felt really powerful with dreadwyrm trance/death flare and ruin 3. It's only going to be better with demi-bahamut and ahk-morn.

It's also really easy to do high dps on it with low effort. I prefer easy to play jobs where I can spend more time focusing on the fight than worrying about not fucking my dps.

I love its aoe damage but that definitely took a big hit with bane nerf but I still think it'll be one of the best.

I honestly think these figures don't make much sense.
Even if you can't make new characters on a server, it doesn't mean it's going to be more or less active than other servers.
The only thing that table tells us is that there were more people at level 35 and more that were "active" (whatever that means) on Cactuar than Balmung.
Since we're in a lull and ERPing/not leveling up/etc. doesn't mark your character as active, it doesn't really show how much a server is alive.
It just means more people on Cactuar have had a change in their character data between March and a few days ago than on Balmung.

if HW launch is anything to go by and if they use a similar ilvl progression system during leveling, your first set of quests in 4.0 should be giving ilvl 235 gear and then itll slowly go up
