Of course it's a great idea. Playing Forza Horizon 3 and Halo Wars 2 at 60+ FPS on a 144 hz monitor is fantastic. Play Anywhere opened up their market to people who weren't going to buy an Xbone anyway, namely people with more powerful computers.

Yes i have plenty of games and i play i play it on both

I have QB, Gears 4 and FH3 through the Windows store. QB was a mediocre game and a mess on PC, Gears 4 was competent and was well optimized but felt unnecessary (including the resurrection of the franchise), and FH3 ran poorly for me at launch so I never got into it. Guardians on PC without MM or a campaign was pointless. Play Anywhere is a good value, but the PC ports for the most part have been crappy and it does devalue owning an Xbox.
