Yes, every attack in Gothic 2 has a base dmg of 10, that's why if you've mastered the combat and know the enemy attack patterns you can defeat the most powerful enemies at lvl 0 with no armor and the starting weapon, even tho it will take a long time, and you can't even get hit once so you have to be pro at blocking and dodging

Gothic's combat is far superior to TW3

In TW3 you just click one button and Geralt automatically lunges at the enemy and attacks him

You press one button and Geralt automatically rolls and doges all attacks with invisibility frames

In Gothic you perform every swing of your sword manually, left, right, forward, and there is no invisibility frames, there's no "press X to roll and avoid all damage" button. If you want to dodge attacks then you have to manually step back or step aside and avoid the enemy sword coming in contact with your body

You press one button over and over, and Geralt swings the sword however he wants and you have no control over it. You're not swinging the sword, you're pressing a button and telling Geralt to go swing his sword however he wants

In Gothic you're in full control of your sword and you do different combinations of buttons to swing in different directions
