I've always felt like Nintendo's E3s were mostly consistent. There're a few bad years but usually there's an announcement of some title that mostly appeals to existing fans, and a little bit on games everyone was already anticipating. Nothing special.

So basically, I think whether or not Nintendo wins depends on how badly other companies fuck up rather than what it does. We're waiting to see if this is 2015 and Sony has its shit together, or whether this is 2016 and Sony has no games.
