Majora's Mask has aged much better than Ocarina of Time, I say this as somebody who played both as a child.

The repeating 3 days mechanic is still pretty novel to this day.

OoT is generic fantasy adventure, only well regarded for being the first well known 3d one. Others have improved on the formula since then, so it is objectively inferior and people only rate it higher than other games which improved upon it in every way literally only due to nostalgia and "It was here first so it gets the rating that the subsequent games in the genre actually deserve" bullshit retards like to believe
MM is actually unique and no one has tried to copy that kind of formula since then, therefore it is superior because it's literally OoT with a twist. As in, literally the same engine and assets. Also, it has a better soundtrack.
