This Kratos isn't the same Kratos from the greek games we have been followed so far: every pantheon has a "Kratos" figure that is destined to destroy all its gods one day, and this one is the one of the Norse mythology.

yes, but RE4 tried keeping the core theme of the series in tact, and although it was a action horror game rather then survival, it was still very similar in conceptual game design. for example, there were still puzzles to solve, weapons and item management were still major players, and there was a MINOR level of exploring. im not saying the new GOW is insta bad, but im worried that it has completley forgotten what made GOW fun, even if it was a subpar action combat system for the time
