Here's what happened.

MGSV was worked on, stuff happened at Konami and Kojima, personal problems, how long the game was taking, whatever, Kojima and his team is forced to work on the game in poor conditions, game is finished with a lot of materrials cut off. P.T game is cancelled and demo is taken down from stores.

Kojima is then hired by Sony where he works on a game which we know nothing about, only cutscene rendered in-engine.
