Stealth isn't viable for literally any scenario you can run into, which is perfectly fine and realistic. However, there are plenty of situations where it's obviously warranted, and you should be able to deduce when you could or could not make it work with your fucking observational brain instead of furrowing your brow and trying to force a square peg into a round hole because you're obviously a Skyrim baby that expects to be able to go wherever you want and do whatever you want at literally all times.
