I think the most popular strat is to use a very offensive team (thundercock bladetomes etc) to clear the first 6 floors, then wipe/surrdner to veronica and whip out a team designed to beat her

This is me, except with flier memes. It was hard at first until I figured out I could use the spare memecina I never use as a healbot, that combined with my lobsterman reciprocal aid has helped me to stay at full health almost every match. Final map tends to always fuck me up.

It's not a great plan, I rarely get Survival A, but it mostly world. Funnily enough, it's colourless who often give me the most problems, since only Robin can safely deal with most of them.

Each map seems to give the standard HM for a 10th stratum run (assuming you run Lunatic). With 7 battles at only 20 stamina, compared to Training Tower's 1 battle per 9, the ratio is pretty good.

Not shown in that first screenshot is the unit I sacrificed two spaces below Veronica to lure her there. Mages always like to attack from the other side of a wall. As long as you have a dancer/movement assists you can cut her off after baiting her. I've only managed it twice though so it's not exactly the most reliable strategy.

Help I need a B team or the ability to augment my main team, right now I can 1 team to the end on the top Lunatic, but I can't even come close to closing out, sometimes I only get to 6/7. So i get 250~336 points per run.

I have 40k feathers at the moment and this is my bench.

Few items:

Nino is +atk -hp
Rein is not +atk
Kagero is -atk

Currently the only units I have decently SI on is: Ike Nowi Minerva and Linde which is my team. I don't expect I can get 2 up with good SI, but I should get 5kish more feathers when the arena ends.

I haven't needed DB3 yet and have had this 5 star hawkeye for a while. He doesn't get used much at all.

Now that I've gotten the hang of it, it's tense but not as frustrating. Largely deathless runs now, except for the occasional sac here or there if I get the wrong group of enemies.

I'm favoring Ike over Ryoma here because Ike's better bulk lets me pull through at times when Ryoma would take more damage. I'm pleasantly surprised at how effective his Heavy Blade set can be, although it's a different story in the arena.

Skills and SI's are pretty important too, but:

A dancer on your top team may work better with the right skill set up on your dudes. Reciprocal Aid, Breath of Life, and Renewal can all be abused with extra dance turns to keep your dudes health up while picking off units, and can even be used to lower your hp thresholds for vantage procs and desperation. The Hector might be too slow, but I'm sure your Kagero would love it.
For the final fight:
>Xander/Young Tiki (Veronica/Hector killers, wall)
>Jeorge (colorless range dps, possible mage killer)
>Bridal Caeda (mage baiter, range dps)
>Azura/Dancer

Caeda has a pretty high res and speed, and should be able to bait out the cavalry mage at the start. Can also possibly down an armor unit that isn't super Hector in two turns with dance, and then still bait the mage.

Jeorge might be able to bait mages too (so long as they don't have a raven-tome), and is more for colorless range dps that works well with dance. Could help secure the kill on Veronica if your reds aren't enough.

If you can't finish an enemy in that last fight in one-round, then be wary of getting meme'd on by Wings-of-Mercy. Keep your dudes alive if possible.

I've been running here with a quad buff Ephraim and she does wonders when her natural frailty catches up to her

She's been a great blue to me, but she certainly isn't for everyone.
Her damage output is pretty crap, but slap Wary Fighter on her and she'll be a fantastic wall. Hard counters practically every sword in the game, and thanks to decent res she has a decent matchup against Tikis and Red Mages. She benefits a ton from Ignis/Bonfire, as well, as it dramatically improves her damage output.
She works best on a more defensive, baiting oriented team, but she's certainly an asset if that's your prefered playstyle.
Oh, and +def is probably her best boon, it helps her fulfill her role as a physical wall more effectively. Best bane is speed, for obvious reasons.
