Have yet to git gud as a driverslicenseless dingdong that just played adhd arcaderacers, but GT-Legends solely has a bunch of classic cars and a whole bunch of mods that add even more of them.

I'm curious as well about other titles.

Try the driver series? Lots of 70's landbarges in the old ones and San Franscisco's main car is a '70 R/T challenger.

How many classic or old muscle cars are in the forza horizon games?
>>
>>379519396
I only remember it having a chevy belair, dodge charger and Monte Carlo.
Monte Carlo was my jam, considered getting REmix for the tokyo level that wasn't in the original.

>>379517564
Forgot to mention the obligatory Flatout 1, 2/ultimate carnage.
Fictional cars but fit the bill of classic crusty burger demolition bangers perfectly.
Don't bother with 3, made by different developer.

Burnout Paradise had some musclecars but i honestly can't recommendit too well as a burnout fan atleast. Bunch of them were paid dlc. Also fictional.
>>
Need for Speed: Carbon had a fair few, shame about the rest of the game
>>
>>379519651
It's a Firebirb with a decal and some engine goodies. It's still a pony car.

Are you looking for Simulator? GT Legends is all about old muscle. It's all locked down, so you gotta work for it, but it's got alot.

Are you looking for Simcade? Forza 4+ and the Horizon series has a ton of muscle. The Horizon series is balanced to accelleration rather than cornering and corner exit speeds, so muscle is actually slightly OP in horizon.

Are you looking for Arcade? Your options are pretty limited, but Need for Speed usually has a fair amount of muscle.

Are you looking for European muscle? It's a bit uncommon, but the TOCA race driver series is your best bet. There's a ton of euro cars in it, with a fair amount of american muscle too.

Are you looking for Japanese Classics? Tokyo Xtreme Racer has a fair amount of classics, TXR Drift 2 having the most. Gran Turismo has a very limited selection of japanese classics, but the game is plauged with Group C and Lemans Prototype bullshittery so many of the fun, slower paced cars get left high and dry when it comes to race variety.

Just takes a few modifications. The engine on later models have good potential, but they get so fucking hot, it makes it get what you should out of it.

Since you are from /o/, can you tell me what this car is and what I have to pay for it?
I saved the picture because it's the sexiest car I've ever seen and I would kill to own it.
>>
>>379524008
Datsun 240Z. You'll pay out the nose for any Datsun that hasn't turned into a pile of rust and iron filings.
>>
>>379524008
not that other anon but 240z i guess

Never got into forza horizon. I liked the idea of more open world racing that aren't the same old cricuits, but some gameplay footage made it seem a bit too much driving in straight lines and let the top speed figure it out. Is that true?
And wich ones are the best for xbox 360?
I heard some titles the 360 version was ass.

I remember really rooting for FUEL and thinking it was such a shame the way it turned out.

With classics, you have three options.
You can find it cheap, but it will have one or more of these conditions.
You'll have to search for a long time to find it.
You'll have to go far to get it.
You'll have to do some fixing up before it gets on the road.

For each of those you remove, you're likely going to pay more, unless you luck the fuck out. Or know a guy who gets all sentimental about someone else enjoying it. Or wait for the old folks to die/retire/become blind or disabled, etc, etc.

Cheap Zs are on the horizon. You just need to know people, know where to look, and know what goes wrong with them and how to spot the problems these cars have. Like the batteries leaking acid, or the fenders being made of sheet steel that corrodes quickly.

Personally, I just got into bikes. Bikes are easy to work on, cheap, faster than cars, and more fun.
>>
>>379524008
A lightly modified 240Z.
>Obviously dem deep dishes
>dem fender flares
>240Z doesn't have a plastic/glass cover of the lights like that

I'd have gone one step closer to JDM and put the mirrors on the front.

I know there's potential there, would still rather have an earlier one, prefer them, or a Camaro.

>>379523689
That's not the 302 Z/28 motor.

You have good taste though.

>>379524008
Like the other two said, 240Z, or a 260Z or a 280Z (not to be confused with the ZX, different car, the first three iterations where the first gen just with bigger motors as it went on) you have good taste for liking it but like >>379524368 good look finding one that isn't rusted most places.
>>
>>379526061
>tfw you live in Canada and bikes will kill you 9 months of the year
Really want one, but I cant justify paying for something thats gonna sit in the garage most of the year right now

I live in Ontario and I ride from February to December, when the snow and ice stays on the road. Even then, I go out in -30 when it's dry.
Do it fgt. It'll be the best decision of your life.
>>
>>379526309
>That's not the 302 Z/28 motor.
I said the best 455 GM made, not the best V8 period. Every division had a 455 that was totally different from each other except for Chevy (who came in at 454) and Cadillac (who completely skipped the mid-400s and went straight to 472, then 500).

I'll agree that the 302 is a legendary screamer, though.
>>
>>379526772
Damn I need to learn how to read my bad.

Personally my Favorite 455 is buicks, if only because I love the GS so damn much.
>>
>>379527074
It's one of those things that people will argue about until the end of time and no one is really right 'cause it's a matter of preference. Similarly, I'm a sucker for the Cutlass (my dad owned three over the years and passed his love of Olds on to me) so I've gotta go with the Rocket.

I think everyone can agree on GM is a mismanaged piece of shit who killed some of their best brands by cutting corners and eating glue, though.
