Zelda was literally the driving force of the Switch launch. Anything less than 90 was have been disasterous.

Metacritic, however, is of course a general ballpark and by no means the sole deciding factor of whether or not a game is good. There are tons of reviews that say ARMS is a good game, most of them do say that.

What the fuck about Super Mario Galaxy was at all revolutionary?

Gravity platforming mechanics happened in quite a few previous gen games.
Waggling to twirl and pointing and shooting starbits certainly wasn't anything that's changed gaming.
There weren't any mechanical revolutions in the gameplay, if anything it had less depth than the previous 3D Mario controls.

It's a damn good game and a great experience from start to finish. But every great game isn't revolutionary for fuck sake.

Arms is a rip off watered down version of of Virtual On.

Fuck you can even take it a step further and say that Armored Core did the arena fighter aspect better because they based AC:Master of the Arena out of the whole concept that arms tried to do but From Software even included the ability to fully customize your character and this was a game that was released 20 years ago.
