What does this mean?

I just started Persona 5 a few days ago and I'm at the part where Makoto just got her persona. There are a few points that kind of bother me.
For one Ann, Why when her whole arc was basically about how the rumors about her being a slut were fake, did her persona turn out to be the literal personification of sluttiness and sadism? There's literally a quiz about how Carmen was one of the worst femme fatales ever.
Also, they completely gloss over the moral implications of changing people hearts, Akechi brings it up briefly but it's pretty much brushed aside as "where justice so everyone who doesn't like us is an asshole". They then proceed to be huge assholes to Mokoto right after, especially Ann.
And since I'm pretty sure Akechi ends up being the bad guy, the one guy who held the opposing view, and completely rational fear of, the MCs ends up having no ground to stand on with no real consideration.
Just wondering if anyone feels similarly about these points or not.

Magatsu Izanagi is the actual high tier version you can put in the compendium. It also comes with skills that utilize the spear. At all times there is no reason to use Izanagi-no-Okami because he can't be registered to max stats.

Persona has never really tackled morally grey things well. The heroes are always portrayed as right and anyone who opposes them are wrong. This goes back to P4 where Adachi completely dismantles the entire IT's beliefs to the point where they had no suitable response but beating him up.
